Not a scenic location but nice outdoor eating area, plenty of parking nearby and courteous staff. A bit touristy. Four stars for great food and large portions. Stone crab was just ok. Not what I have had in the past. I date say previously frozen? I hope not but it just wasn't what I expected. The tuna tartar however was excellent! Grouper sandwich was fresh and tasty too.

It was my first time the other night, and it was an ok experience. Melissa, my waitress was ok. The young idiot girl took my silverware and put it in my drink BEFORE WE EVEN GOT OUR DINNER, and the young idiot boy tried to clear the table after she did. The female got an attitude with me when I raised my voice and told her to get away from my table we didn't even get our food yet. You need to teach these two manners, respect, and HOW to buss a table CORRECTLY because neither would be working for me after what they did.
Now, the food was amazing, but the service was terrible from the get-go. I might go back and try them again, but it won't be a monthly place for me.

It was our first time in this really good fish restaurant. We was very well entertained by a singer during waiting for dinner. The singer was good, even our lobster tail & steak was really tasty.

Our annual (7 years) birthday lunch celebration. The food was delicious as usual however the service was not very good. The server we had was not attentive and we had to flag him down for everything. We have decided to celebrate somewhere else moving forward.

Excellent !! I forgot to take a picture of my 3 huge King Crab legs because I was too excited to eat them. They were cooked perfectly. Caesar salad had the best dressing. Pistachio encrusted salmon had great flavor and key lime pie was the best anywhere. The chocolate croissant bread pudding was good also. Server Melanie was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and her recommendations were spot on and she suggested we go inside to look over the market with fresh seafood to take home. Great service!

I recently dined at Merrick's Seafood, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The service was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations.
As for the food, everything was fresh and delicious! The seafood was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
Overall, Merrick's Seafood is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and excellent service. I can't wait to return!

Nice spot for casual indoor and outdoor dining on the covered patio. Service was excellent and food was exceptional. Everyone got something different at our table and loved every bite. The portions were large and cooked to perfection. Gotta try the key lime pie for dessert too! Nice decorations and chill feel. Would definitely go back when in the area.

I recently visited Merrick Seafood in Cape Coral and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The market offers a fantastic selection of fresh and clean seafood that any seafood lover would appreciate. I picked up some oysters and shrimp to go, and the quality was outstanding.

From market to home grill, the transition was seamless. The shrimp were succulent and flavorful, and the oysters were incredibly fresh, making the shucking process a delight. I grilled them right outside my house, enjoying the freshness of the catch as if it had just been pulled from the water.

The staff at Merrick’s Seafood were knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring I got exactly what I needed. If you're in Cape Coral and looking for top-notch seafood, Merrick’s is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!!!
