Esperienza super positiva nella nuova Boutique! La ragazza che mi ha seguita è stata veramente gentile e sorridente tutto il tempo, purtroppo non so il suo nome sennò lo avrei menzionato. Ero andata per una mini anjou bordeaux purtroppo questo colore non era disponibile ma l’ho presa rossa. Consiglio di andare la mattina presto, la coda diventa molto lunga, noi siamo andati verso le 10.30 (mezz’ora dopo l’apertura) e la fila era gia lunga, abbiamo aspettato all’incirca 1.20h prima di entrare.

Attesa per entrare lunghissima, ma soprattutto pieno di arabi che entrano in gruppo saltando la fila. (Aspetta 1 entrano in 6). Dovrebbero trovare una soluzione.

There is a queue for about 30 mins! And again another waiting for payment 5-10 mins! The staff were friendly but in somehow they seem unhappy! Overall the new boutique is larger and better that the old one.

Oh my goodness it was the worst experience of my life I wait in the sun for my than two hours and then I waited another two hours with the SA because it was impossible to buy two of the same bag in the same account if it was for my friend who made another account I would not have been able to buy the bags. I waited another hour and forty five minutes just to pay for the bags. The shop was too full too small and too hot it was a horrible experience. The only thing that was good was that the SA was polite and kind.

Went around 4:30pm on a Friday. Around 15 min wait time to enter the store. Was offered a seat while we waited and was assigned a sales consultant.

I visited specifically for a green tie. The lady informed me that they had none, besides the one in the display. I asked if I could speak to the manager so I could take the display one (as I couldn’t compromise on colour). After some hesitation and fact finding, she sold me the tie.

Took a while to pay at the till. Not all, but some of the staff on the desks look busier than they actually were. Maybe it’s their version of luxury or a traditional methodology.

Overall, found what I wanted, was relatively smooth and accommodating, with smiles all around board. I will definitely revisit… once I feel generous enough to part with my bank account.
