My husband and I went to the cashier to pay. Among the things we had was a squash that the price on the display was $1.49 each. When I saw that she was weighing it, I explained to her that the price was not per pound but per unit, and I took her so she could check for herself, and I was right. However, she told me that they have never sold that product per unit and that many people change the prices to take advantage. When I told her that I am not that kind of person and that if I complained to the manager, the manager would agree with me because she cannot doubt that I did that, she told me that she was the manager, and asked us if we wanted the squash or not. We told her no, that they are the ones who made the mistake, and she did not even apologize to us. That has been the worst insult we have ever had in our lives. People like her should not run a business. She does not know how to treat a customer properly. I will never visit that market again.

Un lugar bien limpio un trato espectacular de sus trabajadores en especial las cajeras y del personal que trabaja en el bufete buen aire acondicionado y calidad en sus productos sobre todo las verduras , el lado flaco es la inestabilidad en algunas ofertas como los productos del mar , las minutas ciencia ficción las vez grandes pero cuando las elaboras se empiezan a recoger y sacalas rápido porque te comes un cuarto de lo que compraste el yogurt Jokey sin azúcar no se que pasa pero casi nunca hay a diferencia del Yo gusto que no falta y su calidad no es tan buena como el anterior mencionado y los cárnicos algo caro con respecto a otro mercados de igual generalidad.

When checking out the cashier was having a friendly conversation with a customer in front of me in Spanish, which was not the problem because I also speak Spanish. I do look 100% American and unfortunately was not treated with the same respect. No smile, no greetings, just cold and unfriendly. Which was completely opposite with the person in front of me, who clearly looked Hispanic. There was obvious racism towards non Cubans. The employees there need to learn customer service and some English so they can be kind and respectful to all their customers.

Bravo is a Latin grocery store. It's kept clean. The staff is friendly. However, the shopping center is HORRIBLE. DIrty, broken pavement. The shopping center is not well maintained. 😇

Los productos que compré hoy estaban muy malos el tres leche sabe a acrílico de uñas, el arroz con leche muy seco y el pastel de guayaba la masa muy blandita no lo recomiendo
